WE SHIP VIA UPS EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY TO ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES, INCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII, USING UPS.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES.
SHIPPING TIME TRANSIT MAP FOR UPS GROUND SHIPPING ONLY –
GROUND SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIME FRAMES. INCLEMENT WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTERS AND OTHER UNFORESEEN DELAYS RARELY OCCUR, BUT CAN AFFECT YOUR DELIVERY TIME. ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED FROM EXTRA ORDINARY DELIGHTS IN SAVANNAH, GEORGIA. THE NUMBER OF DAYS INDICATED ARE “BUSINESS DAYS” (MONDAY – FRIDAY). UPS DOES NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
If you need your order to be delivered on a certain date, please contact us in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Please note, if your order is time sensitive, this is especially important!
We cannot control the holding and transportation of your chocolate en route to you! We wish we could, but instead we must recommend that you ship responsibly for optimum product quality upon arrival! If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact UPS at (800) 742-5877. E.O.D is not responsible for late or lost packages due to UPS.
If you’re shipping E.O.D to a warm climate (80 degrees or above) we highly recommend overnight shipping. If overnight shipping is not selected at checkout, Extra Ordinary Delights cannot assume responsibility for melted treats. If overnight shipping is selected for warm climate destinations, we will include ice packs/dry ice and insulation for your order. Otherwise, we will assume that you are taking the risk of receiving melted chocolate.
