  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Butter, melted and cooled down
  • 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed tight
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg + 1 Egg Yolk

  4. Eggs and Vanilla: Toss in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk, making sure our dough hits the richness spot.
  5. Combine the Mixes: Slowly bring in the dry ingredients to the wet mix, stirring just enough to blend them perfectly for that Irish baking magic.
  6. Food Coloring: Add in green food coloring to give them that Irish touch
  7. Chocolate Chips Go In: Stir those chips into the mix.
  8. Chill the Dough: Pop the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
  9. Baking Time: Bake those cookies for 12-15 min.
